96 athletes from around the world visited Alanya last week. They took part in the third stage of the Pgawc Paragliding World Cup, organized by the Turkish Air Sports Federation in Alanya.
The competition lasted two days, the athletes landed in the Cleopatra beach area.
Among women, the first place was taken by Marketa Hulobova, the second – by Ivana Balakova, the third – by Alev Durgun. Among the men, Matyazh Servant was the first, Kerem Dincher was in second, Lennard Schubert was in third.
In the team races, Northern Cyprus took the first place, the Czech team took the second place and the Turkish team took the third place.
